Costs:

$50 for above ground pool plus $50 C of C fee.

$65 for inground pool plus $50 C of C fee.

Approximate Time from Application to Issue: Varies

Apply: Building Department, 18 State Street

Requirements to obtain the permit:

• Plot Plan with proper setbacks, location and size of pool shown.

Once the pool is installed:

• Final electrical inspection - Refer to Building Permit for names/numbers of inspectors
• Electrical Inspection document submitted to Building Inspector.
• Certificate of Occupancy issued.
• Enjoy your new pool.
